I’m excited to share a new direction that is beginning to take root within Alabama Forest Healing Co. — Rooted & Restored.

As I continue my training and work toward certification through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and Light University, I have become increasingly aware of the need for accessible, faith-informed mental health support within our communities.

There are people all around us who are hurting, overwhelmed, grieving, struggling with anxiety, facing difficult seasons, or simply needing someone to listen. Yet professional mental health services can sometimes feel financially or otherwise out of reach.

My hope for Rooted & Restored is to help create a low-cost option for Christian mental health coaching and support, while recognizing the important roles of licensed counselors, therapists, physicians, and other mental health professionals.

This venture is not about replacing professional care. It is about building bridges to care, creating safe spaces for conversation, offering encouragement and support, and helping people recognize that they do not have to walk through difficult seasons alone.

As this vision develops, I look forward to building a professional network of counselors, coaches, churches, organizations, community resources, and other caring professionals who share a desire to surround, support, and uplift people experiencing mental health challenges.

I believe there is tremendous strength in community.

Restored through hope.
Supported through community.

This is only the beginning, and I look forward to sharing more information in the coming months as Rooted & Restored takes shape.
